“Beautiful property and great location, but front desk service needs improvement
We recently stayed here for a week for our wedding trip. Overall, the hotel itself is lovely, but the service experience was a bit of a mixed bag.

“We arrived around 10 PM and check-in was quick and easy. There was plenty of parking available, though it does cost $10 per night. They have QR codes posted throughout the parking areas to make payment convenient.
The building and interior both looked and smelled clean. However, when we entered the room, we found a bug in the bathroom. It wasn’t anything too alarming, and since it was late, we just showered and went straight to bed.

“Easy check in process. Easily changed our room to make it easier to take our dog out. Spacious room with everything we needed. Clean room in general. Only quips were that the bathroom door did not latch so it could not be locked for privacy and lighted mirror had a couple of strobing bulbs. Pool had plenty of inflatables and toys for the kids. Would stay again easily”
