“Was informed that 225.00 would be charged for incidentals.. ended up getting that charge as well as 167.00. Went to front desk to ask about this extra fee and was informed I was charged incorrectly and they would make sure to refund the charge. Never received the refund. Also, was assigned a room that had no sunlight. Not a great stay for the price.”

“Property is beautiful, the room itself was beautiful and spacious. But the room was also not cleaned well and had a good sized number of small bugs crawling around the floor. When paying $300+ a night I don’t expect to see bugs crawling around the room.
And to be clear the front desk agent at check in was amazing and extremely helpful. On the other hand the person from housekeeping was very nonchalant about the bug situation and so was the maintenance person. Extremely disappointing”

“I loved everything about the hotel when I walked in, and I was greeted. He was very polite. Very nice very detailed about the service. The breakfast. The room was very clean. The breakfast was great. They had coins for me to do my laundry. The whole experience was the best out of all the places I stayed on vacation.”

“I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel I need to share my experience.
Unfortunately, I could not sleep at all because of the constant train noise outside the hotel. The noise continued throughout the night, and I didn't get any sleep. A hotel should be a place where guests can rest, but that was impossible during my stay.
I spoke with the front desk about the issue, but I received no apology, no solution, and no meaningful customer service. I understand that the hotel is located downtown,...

“The construction we didn’t know about before booking. There was no parking or rides to the river ranch to avoid the parking issue and no closer pool to go to instead or even just relax in near the rooms which would be nice after 8pm until 10 at least. We came just for swimming so it was a real bummer. I didn’t see 7 pools at the river ranch either so I wondered where the others were but I was told that was the only place to swim.”
