“We stay here often and always love it. The only thing we dislike is the coat of parking. $15 a night is ridiculous. Especially for the location….there isn’t any reason to even be charging for parking. ”

“I had an accident while showering. I fell off from the bath tub and ended up outside. Thank god I didn’t hit my head but I did hurt one of my arms and butt. I went down and tell them and the guy only said “ I will let them know” he didn’t even ask if I was ok or not. And obviously did not apologized. The next day while checking out I asked for a copy of the report and they gave me the wrong one. I need someone to take this seriously because if I would’ve hit my head I could’ve been a different...
