Went to front desk to ask about this extra fee and was informed I was charged incorrectly and they would make sure to refund the charge. Never received the refund. “Property is beautiful, the room itself was beautiful and spacious. But the room was also not cleaned well and had a good sized number of small bugs crawling around the floor. When paying $300+ a night I don’t expect to see bugs crawling around the room. And to be clear the front desk agent at check in was amazing and extremely helpful. On the other hand the person from housekeeping was very nonchalant about the bug situation and so was the maintenance person. Extremely disappointing”

“The construction we didn’t know about before booking. There was no parking or rides to the river ranch to avoid the parking issue and no closer pool to go to instead or even just relax in near the rooms which would be nice after 8pm until 10 at least. We came just for swimming so it was a real bummer. I didn’t see 7 pools at the river ranch either so I wondered where the others were but I was told that was the only place to swim.”
