“The facility was clean and appeared to be well maintained. The staff was very helpful during our stay.
One thing about customer service I didn't like was the fact that we arrived the premises at about 2:30pm and requested early check-in barely 30min earlier after a 6 hour flight from Boston into the burning heat of AZ, common courtesy was to allow us check-in early.
The staff eventually honored our request after minutes of negotiations.
Overall our stay was great. I'll recommend”

“We found the place to be so vey pleasant from the time we walked in. The front are is large with reservation in a corner and then chairs and tables throughout the large room used for breakfast, TV study, whatever. The area was sunny and inviting in every way. “Hotel is brand new, the smell of paint was strong. Front desk was courteous but not very welcoming. There were no toiletries in the bathroom and one roll of paper. There was a kitchenette but no dishes, utensils or coffee pot. If you want any of those things you have to pay $50 I believe.
There is a microwave and full size fridge and that was nice.
No iron or board. Don't know if one is available if needed.
Room was spacious and clean (its new). AC didn't seemto work well, roomfelt hot most...
