“Room was fine. We got the bigger suite and had enough room. Some furniture was new,others like the sofa were old and stained. Comforter on bed had a few black stains. Mattress was very comfortable. HVAC was fine. Breakfast was fine with plenty of options though breakfast area itself can get overly crowded. Pool area is fine but we missed having a hot tub. Patio area off pool is too small. It was quiet but we heard it can get noisy. Property outside and inside common areas were well maintained....

“Hotel staff was awesome and the room was clean, but the area isn’t great. Lots of homeless people around the hotel, we were approached by a vagrant in the parking lot. Saw two people getting arrested nearby. A little sketchy. ”

“L'interno dell'hotel ricordava quei vecchi hotel che si vedono in periferia nei paesini americani, con la macchina del ghiaccio nel corridoio delle camere. La camera era pulita ma con arredi molto vecchi. La colazione finiva alle 9.30 in punto, tanto che alle 9.30 sbarravano l'ingresso alla sala della colazione. Colazione molto povera e triste.... tutto piuttosto triste. Le persone alla reception erano gentilissime, unico punto positivo”

“This hotel is horrible! We named it the house of horrors. It’s filthy! The rooms haven’t been touched since the 70’s. The sink didn’t work. We had no hot water. We booked a two queen room and got a king for 3 people. The pull out is disgusting! The blankets have holes in them. Housekeeping never came so for two days three people had to share two towels. The restaurant was so short staffed we couldn’t even order food. Had to go somewhere else. It’s awful! Stay somewhere else! ”

“This hotel offers a cheap yet good quality accommodation option near Phoenix downtown (~10 mins walking from the city center). The room was comfortable and silent, Wi-Fi works well. Staff is very friendly, welcoming, and available for any issue. Free breakfast offered every day from 6.30 to 9.30 am.
