“The energy is low starting from the valet. He looks tired maybe because of the Arizona heat. Staff at front desk we didn’t feel the friendliness. I believed in “Service with a Smile”. Didn’t feel we are welcomed. One question one answer. Breakfast is good but didn’t get the customer service we needed. Tone of voice from the waitress when we are getting our orders sounds like she’s having a bad day. The property is very clean & organized. Service is poor!”

“Ac went out in my room but they had it fixed in 20 mins but later that night the ac couldn’t keep up but we only stayed one night so we didn’t care and left it for the next person to complain about. They didn’t have any breakfast sandwiches or burritos when we put in our order and I complained about that and the ac issues and the Food manager Mark set us up with a complimentary breakfast buffet for our family. They took care of us and even though we had an ac problem that made up for it.”
