“The room was clean and as pictured. I did not use the hot tub or pool, or gym for my weekend/stay but they were available. The room I had was the smallest of the rooms but it was great. I love that it was a great location that centered a few of the places we wanted to visit. The staff responded very quickly— even before check in. I had lots of questions and they were always quick to respond.”

“Place was a total embarrassment. I paid for my days to stay then decided to add another night through Expedia. Expedia is great; the baymont said I never even showed up. So after we stayed for a few days the desk manager came and said we must leave or the cops will be called. Horrible all the way around. I did eventually get a refund. That explains it all.”

“I’m still waiting for Expedia to refund me the money for this day where I had to immediately check out the following morning. I believe it was $383 and I was very unsatisfied and the last I heard that Expedia was trying to contact the hotel to make sure I checked out and the room was in good condition as when I came and checked in. I think the Maid just didn’t get it right and the room was off from the floors that were filthy dirty to the bed that had Hairs in it. It was a cheaper motel to stay...

“Staff was rude, we were gone for 2 days in the desert and when we came back we didn’t have our room and stuff and they told us that they changed our room without notice… not even a call they throw all of our food and our suitcases were in a looker (who btw only the landlord had access) so we had to wait 2h to have our things back…. The girl at the desk was no help at all and when we asked questions she didn’t even answer.! We asked for a refund at least 2 days they told us yes but it’s been 2...
