“The staff here was wonderful! From arranging an early check-in for us after a long camping trip to shuttle service to a nearby restaurant and to the airport the next morning, everyone we interacted with was professional and thoughtful. The room was clean, the breakfast offered lots of variety and it was quiet in the room (after the construction across the street ended for the day). This was a welcome clean and cool place to enjoy after two weeks of car camping!”

Only two complaints: 1) room's cloth furniture was kind of stained and a bit quite dirty; 2) water pressure in plumbing was not very good. ”

“Really unique place, room was really neat.
Staff was friendly. Paying to park there is fairly ridiculous since it’s not gated nor a garage. Surrounding area is sketchy and lots of interesting characters walking about. The barmaid Jayden was super nice. They failed to stock her bar with what she needs to do her job and they expect her to cook while serving drinks? Felt bad for her as other patrons might not be as understanding as we were. She’s aces though….”
“Overall, I love this place! I didn't realize there would be a DJ at the pool all afternoon (on a Saturday) when I wanted to just relax - so that to me was frustrating because I couldn't lounge & read; but everyone (younger crowd) was enjoying it. Night-time definitely need more path lighting & directional signs to the outdoor units. I got completely lost getting back to my room after dark; thankfully its not overly huge, but just really dark!! Also, maybe post small signs on exterior doors...
“Really lovely stay at this hotel, got checked in and parked up super quickly and within 10 mins was at the gorgeous roof top pool! The bar staff were lovely and efficient, working so hard in the heat to deliver to the sunbed. The rooms were spotlessly clean and stylish. Would not hesitate to return if I am ever (hopefully) in Phoenix again!!! Thank you”
