“I had a lovely stay in the carriage house. I was in Phoenix for work and needed something centrally located and easy to get around. The neighborhood was calm and quiet, and the hosts were lovely and great with communication. I’d highly recommend this stay for solo travelers. ”

“1) The place was immaculate and beautifully decorated! So pretty, I want the same interior designer. 2) The amenities were also immaculate and well thought out. We were traveling with our 20 year old and 17 year old sons. They are way too old for water slides and this resort pool with Free private cabanas was perfect! “Quiet enough except for being very close to the airport. some street noise...some airplane. it would be so much better with some dark or blackout curtains. especially in that front bedroom. the sun coming up before 6am directly into the front, east facing bedroom made for early mornings. but, comfortable enough, clean, the AC worked fine and it was .09 miles to the baseball stadium and just over 2 miles to the airport rental car center. worked for us.”
