Check in was a disaster… first room the sofa bed collapse, they offer another room and wasn’t ready, so we move to another one and the key didn’t work! Finally after 3 times we get in. Our first room a part of the bed has a very nice view, and they give us a parking view! To bad for the price! They didn’t made our bed and they know that we are in 4! They didn’t clean the room in 2 days! The location was ok but we love Sedona so we make it!

Breakfast offerings were repeated from one day to the next. The potatoes were lukewarm at best and the scrambled eggs were a touch too salty. The tub and sink in our room both drained slowly. On arrival, our shower gel was empty and it took 2 requests to get more. When we did get it, it was not placed ...

The hotel was located within 5 minutes to Gateway airport and close to Texas Roadhouse and other restaurants. The beds were very comfortable. The only complaint we had was we had asked for a wakeup call, for we had an early flight. We never got the call!
