“The room was spacious and the beds were comfortable. The hotel is very close to shopping and food. The front desk attendant wasn't very friendly on check-in. (I think her name was Olivia.) The room did not have shampoo or body wash in the containers. The A/C worked nicely during the day. However, at night, it would switch off, and the room would heat up. I think it was on a sensor; so someone had to get out of bed for it to switch back on. I was charged a pet cleaning fee, but also...

“This is simply one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in! The place is immaculate from the public areas to the pool area to the rooms. The staff are courteous, competent, and attentive. I have stayed in hotels which were much more expensive and not nearly as well managed and pleasant to stay in. I like Holiday Inn Express but this one exceeded my expectations by a mile. 5 solid stars! 10 out of 10! I'll definitely be back! ”

“The staff was courteous. I really appreciated that. However, I wished that I’d known that they were not going to have water in the building for 2 of my nine days. Also, the bed we were in, had a horrible mattress. I did address this with the staff via texting. She said that all of their beds were like that. In this case, I won’t be returning.”
