“Very nice lobby area and decent buffet. Loved the pool table and pool for kids. Lack of any laundry area was a big drawback when traveling with kids.”

“The hotel was located within 5 minutes to Gateway airport and close to Texas Roadhouse and other restaurants. The beds were very comfortable. The only complaint we had was we had asked for a wakeup call, for we had an early flight. We never got the call! ”

“Rooms were very clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. Pool was clean and in good condition. Only downside was the waffle batter dispenser kept breaking but staff assisted acknowledging the need for a new one. ”

“The staff was fantastic! My husband was having medical issues and I called them to see about an early check in. Not only were they accommodating, but upon our arrival they helped us load a luggage cart to get to our room . The shuttle driver actually waited with my husband while I got a wheelchair assist. They made a stressful time SO MUCH EASIER! ”

“While my little dog was allowed, it wasn't worth having to listen to the ridiculous, rude and unhospitable owners scream at other guests in the hallway for fighting Repeatedly! ...would NOT stay here again.”

“The shower is not working. And there are fleas. And bedbugs. I am not coming back to this place, and I do not recommend it. ”

“No kitchen”

“We had a Kitchen in theory, as we had no microwave and no pots and pans to use for the stove/oven. The fridge didn't keep things very cold. The wifi was spotty and not particularly reliable as we had to use our cellphone as a hotspot. We had to ask for the password and network. Basically, if you want a basic crash and burn place this is fine. The AC was fine, but there were no trash cans in the room. ”

“The staff was great. Everything worked. The room smelled and was in poor condition.”

“The room was extremely dated and had a strange, lingering smell. The air conditioner was so loud that it made it impossible to sleep at all. Most importantly, this hotel has a serious bed bug infestation. My hands and body are covered in bites. The hygiene standards are unacceptably poor. Please, save yourself the trouble and stay somewhere else.”
