“Great hotel ”

“Disappointing breakfast. Waffle machine was broken and very few options”

“The staff was fantastic! My husband was having medical issues and I called them to see about an early check in. Not only were they accommodating, but upon our arrival they helped us load a luggage cart to get to our room . The shuttle driver actually waited with my husband while I got a wheelchair assist. They made a stressful time SO MUCH EASIER! ”

“The place is way outdated. Our room was ok, at best. The curtain sheer was ripped, spider webs in the corners, the a/c had to be repaired and the shower knob was broken then repaired. The place has lots of history. The pool was nice. All the furniture needs updated. The restaurant and bar were the highlights.”

“Everything was efficient. The room and building were mostly clean but everything was old but new. Figure that out. Check-in was Virtual, which was an experience. But there is something about actually taking to someone in person that makes one feel safe. The Hotel smelled of marijuana. Negatives aside, the AC blew cold, the sheets and room were clean, the staff were nice and attentive (when you can find them) and had plenty of parking. Plus you get a discount at IHOP. ”

Desk clerk called person from backroom and they started arguing over how it was handled earlier. I got disgusted an mad and told them to get towels and...

“Normally Hilton’s are okay, but this stay was an exception. I was greeted to a bathroom that smelled like someone had had horrible diarrhea, and when I went to wash my hands the soap bottle was empty. Not exactly a great start. Then I went to bed looking forward to sleeping in only to have the alarm clock wake me up at 5:45am. Then there’s the parking. You have to use a QR code. As soon as I stepped out to get the license plate number so I could validate my car there was already a warning...
