"The staff was great, I felt like the bed sheets could be a bit cleaner and felt like the room we stayed in needs to be remodeled. The only thing I didn’t like is we had to contact staff to clean the room and get fresh towel."

"I stayed her previously and booked again. This room was on a different floor, had live cockroaches coming from the sink, bathtub and under the couch. I contacted the property manager and they were able to reassign me to another room on another floor that was clean without any sign of bugs."
