“Coffee wasn’t good. Staff was average to poor in being courteous. We left the room at 8:30 am for the day. Our room wasn’t cleaned for our 2nd night until 3:30 pm after we returned to the hotel and complained. Front desk attendant didn’t make eye contact when we complained and said “we’re working as hard as we can. Thankfully, Julie spoke to us and was very professional.

“The air conditioner is on so long that the carpet is wet about 3-4 feet into the room. It could be moldy.
In four days, I never got the room cleaned, no refills on the coffee, no clean linens, or a bed made.
The bed linens had holes, and the mattress pad was moving all over the place, making it lumpy.
One morning, there was no desk attendant up until 8:30. People were standing around for several minutes waiting to check out, then just walked away”
