“I’m not really sure where to start. Upon arriving at the hotel and parking, the elevator was out of service. At check-in they forgot to give us our complementary drink tickets that you get for being a member. Walking to our room we saw that all the fountains were off. I’m sure it had something to do with maintenance but again I booked this hotel specifically because of how beautiful it was. The fountains didn’t fill up and turn back on until the day we left. “Perfect staycation”

“Room did not have body wash & front desk was unmanned most of the morning; took over 45 minutes to check out. Hotel description says it includes parking; it does not. Parking is expensive, third party run lot. Also the front door of the hotel was open & unstaffed and that feels like a big safety issue?”

“What an epic stay!! I loved both days and nights at ADERO…my family really enjoyed the pool, the food at the restaurant and the awesome service!! In my case in particular, my favorites were the views at sunrise and sunset over Fountain Hill and the mountains, and the fact that I could set up my astrophotography rig in the comfort of the balcony each night to capture some deep space images… amazing clear skies!!!! “Absolutely stunning resort. Everything was always clean and presentable. Rooms were modern and super clean. Multiple pools to enjoy including a hot tub. Food was amazing. I could not think of a better way to improve this place as everything was amazing. Thank you for the hospitality!”

“The staff was friendly and helpful. Complimentary breakfast daily with hot and cold options. Water and coffee available 24/7. Happy hour daily with wine beer and soft drinks and light snacks offered. Gym is small but you can use the Gainey athletic club which is a 10 minute walk for free. Shops walkable and Sprouts is like a Fresh Tyme or small Whole Foods so can grab any extras you might need. Poma pizza is awesome. Pool area is very nice as well.”
