“I like staying at this hotel when I am in Phoenix/Avondale. I only had 1 complaint that I was supposed to have a room refresh after 3 days and that didn’t happen until the 5th day. My trash was overflowing and I ran out of towels. I asked the front desk staff and indicated I needed towels and it didn’t make a difference. It still took them 5 days to refresh my room.”

I’ll start with saying the pillows on the bed were half the size of a normal pillow and the filling was clumpy, #2 the bed was not the best you could feel the springs in it poking you,3rd the blackout curtains didn’t blackout anything because they were too small. 4th it was super loud.
