Hotel vicino a Classic Phoenix - Phoenix

“Amazing at security and safety.”

“Worst hotel in us”

“DO NOT STAY HERE!! First upon check in I was told my room was ready so I was given my key, got to my room to see the door was wide open, and the room was still waiting to be cleaned. When I went back to the counter the response was like “oh you’ll have to wait”. When checking in I confirmed that my room was already paid for but that they would need a $150 deposit, totally fine. After check out and returning home I saw there were two charges to my card, a deposit for $150 AND $132. When I called...

“The pool and hot tub was not functional. The facility was not clean and no breakfast bar what to speak of.”

“Evitatelo! Avessimo speso 40€ posso capire, ma ne abbiamo spesi ben 150€!! ”

“The parking lot is gated which is nice but when I checked into my room, we noticed a cockroach in the shower and there was a beer bottle cap on the floor next to the bed. They gave us a new room but I felt really gross after.”

“The hotel was exactly as expected, and overall, we had a great stay! The room was clean, the layout was nice, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The only minor downside was that the walls had some visible scuffs and damage from general wear and tear, which could use a little attention. Aside from that, everything was great, and we enjoyed our stay.”

“Room clean, Good Breakfast!!!”

“Great bar”

“Everything was great , there is a light rail just outside the property that can take you quite far. The breakfast was better than I expected with everything you could want changing daily slightly which is appreciated. Coffee station available all day- nice touch. Rooms are large and comfortable. The only little thing I didn’t like were the polyester sheets. Wish they were the traditional cotton.”

“Was a very nice place to stay at”

Consigliato”

“Everyone we encountered was very friendly and helpful. It felt like we were home away from home. Clean facility and lots of amenities!”
