“I looked for a motel specifically for the hot tub, it and the exercise room were out of order, would have chosen another further out of phoenix and in a better location”

“This was the second time we stayed at the Green Tree Phoenix West. It has security which was one of our important features. The hotel is quiet and well kept. The staff are very helpful and friendly. Janet greeted us at the check in desk. She was professional, friendly, helpful and made us feel welcomed. It was a quick overnight stay so we were not able to have breakfast. Our room was , quiet and comfortable . When we need to stay in the area we will always be staying at this hotel.”

“We arrived and checked in fine. There were drug addicts surrounding the place. The pool was DIRTY. And open to the street for the people on drugs and doing drugs to watch. After checking I noticed the door didn’t close or lock properly so we had to move rooms. The staff was nice but the gave us keys that were not activated so it made the transition super frustrating . In the the middle of the night in the new room there was noises coming from someone trying to enter the door! Over and over to...

“Very comfortable room and very pet friendly. Traveled with 2 pups and appreciated that I was given the closest room to the exit pet relief area.”

“Evitatelo! Noi ci siamo capitati per caso perché non trovavamo niente di libero. Aperto Expedia e prenotato il primo hotel disponibile. Zona malfamata con brutti giri, la stanza lasciamo perdere.. vecchia con mobili rotti, capelli ovunque, lenzuola e teli macchiati. Avessimo speso 40€ posso capire, ma ne abbiamo spesi ben 150€!! ”

“Backup plan when our 1st choice decided to overbook their rooms. Price wasn't terrible considering it was last minute. Location looked like a fortress with barbed wire and metal entry gate. No microwave, no fridge and oddly no bedside lamps. Literally just a bed with a TV. Water pressure wasn't great. Loud neighbors. While I probably wouldn't stay here again, it did the job and the check-in attendant got through the process very fast.”

“First of all, as soon as I opened the room, cigarette smoking smell stung the nose. A roach was laying inside of the bath tub. As we got out of the front desk, trying to find a path to get to our room, a man approached us. He said something to us. Hard to understand but I got scared. Next morning I woke up due to someone's loud crying noise.”

“This place is like section 8 housing. Our unit had to be opened by a screwdriver, the toilets didn't work, lights didn't work and it was dirty and not maintained. I think when it first was apartments it would have been cute but the people staying there and the buildings were super sketchy. Will never go there again”
