Hotel vicino a Arizona Buddhist Temple - Phoenix

“Barely any breakfast, NOT a continental breakfast (just cereal, bagels, waffles, juices) the room was clean when I arrived but there was no blow dryer and housekeeping cleaned the room once a week unless booked upon. Parking was spacious but sometimes had to look for parking so definitely not as big as it can be. A LOT of homeless in the area so it felt a bit sketchy driving and parking at night but it was alright. ”

“The A/C was good, my room was terrible next to the elevator shaft. I could hear and feel the vibrations from the elevator all day and night long. I was going to stay an extra day, but they tried to gouge me. And they weren’t very accommodating. ”

“The breakfast menu and the staff were the best parts about this day. We enjoyed the people there and the gift shop that they have food is immaculate and the art is a nice addition to the ambience. The bathrooms floors could’ve been a lot more cleaner as well as the public bathrooms, could’ve been a lot more cleaner as well at times the inside of the lobby did smell a bit funny.”

“I had to go to doctors appointment fort my dad got this hostel last minute but wasn't a hotel more like air b and b and couldn't bet in we had to pay for another hotel it was late when we got there and couldn't get a hold of anyone till we were at another hotel also couldn't get a refund so ya was horrible experience and wast of money looks nice but wouldn't know. “There’s a ton of small print while staying here.. it says in the hotel description that parking is free on site and it’s not, unless you’re a best western premier member.. a actually $15/night.. like no other place I’ve stayed they send you a note via email that it’s illegal to bring outside beverages/alcohol but they full size fridge in the room I was in. Staff told me when I checked in that there’s complimentary coffee in the morning along with some pastries.. the coffee’s not just sitting out...
