“Front desk staff/maintenance staff were great. However, a particular female employee (perhaps cleaning staff) was EXTREMELY RUDE AND ABRASIVE to my wife. We had a problem with the door handle to front door of our room. Front desk staff told us how to get it to open. Next day still had the problem. “Ice maker on several floors was broken, the hot tub not in service. The pool looks run down. The room wallpaper falling off the walls and the door in the bathroom floor falling apart. For what I paid for my 5 night stay I was expecting a well kept hotel.”

“We arrived and checked in fine. There were drug addicts surrounding the place. The pool was DIRTY. And open to the street for the people on drugs and doing drugs to watch. After checking I noticed the door didn’t close or lock properly so we had to move rooms. The staff was nice but the gave us keys that were not activated so it made the transition super frustrating . “Buon hotel, vivace in una zona tranquilla vicino al centro. Parcheggi nei paraggi, il valet parking è carissimo 40$, evitatelo. Non c’è la piscina ma una sorta di vasca non balneabile sul tetto, ma un ottimo roof top vista città. ”
