“The whole hotel was absolutely lovely. It was super clean, stunningly modern, a fantastic breakfast and the onsen was really, really great. But most of all, the staff were simply wonderful.”

“The room was clean and amenities were great. I loved being on top of the mall with great food court and groceries below. Right outside subway too- very central location but flip side of that coin was street noise at night. We had a room with a view of the city too so it’s a trade off in the visual and audio urban experience. ”

“Welcoming staff, clean modern rooms, great library/lounge area to hang out in with drinks, snacks and books to read. Online check-in was easy, and even got a pop up notification at the check-in booth letting me know I got a package delivered there. Excellent place to stay opposite a Lawsons and easy walk from Sapporo Station. Would definitely stay there again.”

“Great escape from an awful blizzard, and so near the station. The manager (?) spoke excellent English and helped me organise early check in and late check out. The room was very comfortable & cosy. Commonly nowhere to place luggage in most rooms. But like WiFi, TV with YouTube, ability to have black tea, etc. Bathrom was sensational. A unique feature. Enjoyed my stay.”
