“Nice and very clean room. Hotel Manager Tiwari was extremely helpful all throughout our stay. He arranged for our pickup from Amritsar airport, which went very smoothly. We felt welcomed and had a very comfortable stay.”

“Stayed here for 2 nights with family of 8 people. Excellent location, just 5min walk to The Golden Temple (since it was so close, have to use the small auto for last leg of journey). Excellent rooms with AC and clean bathrooms. Has lift, so easier for parents. Excellent breakfast too, prepated fresh and sent to room. Also the staff here is so very helpful - that was the highlight of the property and they made our stay truly comfortable. They were always ready to give the best service and also...

“It is a perfect stay when visiting golden temple. As it is quite close and good walking distance. Rooms are good with space. Lots of local food around to explore for breakfst and dinner.”

“Will never stay at this property again. Roof was leaking after rain as were windows. The wash basin was leaking and shower did not mix hot and cold water properly. Beds were dirty with sheets and blankets that were way past their life. Head board were dirty so were the floors. Could hear dogs barking all night. On top of that it was the most expensive place to stay in the area. Had booked for two nights. Checked in late at 11:45pm and we could barely spend a night there. We checked out first...

“Clean rooms, average breakfast, friendly staff. 100 meters from Golden temple main entrance. Only snag, do no go there by car. Impossible to park cark. Nearest car parking is a joke.”

“Everything was fine at the hotel. They need to thoroughly clean their bathrooms. It seemed that the bathroom taps and the shower door glass wasn't cleaned properly ”

“The property was not worth the price. Rooms were tiny, there was seepage on walls, bathroom lock wasn't working and everything was worn out. Only good thing about the stay was the friendly and cooperative staff. They were really making an effort to give a seamless experience.”

“The room was not clean when we entered. Towels and bedsheets also werent looking clean. Room toiletries and towels were not replaced for all 3 days. We had to ask for water bottles and tea/coffee packets everyday after calling reception. These housekeeping items should be done everyday without asking. Hotel location and contact number mentioned on expedia are also not correct. Only benefit hotel has is its proximity to golden temple”
