“We had to wait outside till someone showed up to check us in. The room was falling apart and I didn’t investigate much past the fridge that had white stuff running down it and slime all over it. We turned around went back to the car.”

“Our TV never worked in our room even after they sent the guy to our room to fix it. So we went two days without it. Other than that it was not bad at all room was cleaned bed was nice and big shower was awesome .”

“Room was very dirty and when we showed pictures to the front desk agent, they seemed very unconcern and offered merely to move us to a different room, which I'm sure would not have been much cleaner. We really wanted a discount or an extra night added to our stay. Whole time we were treated with a very dismissive attitude as though we were in a budget hotel, and couldn't expect more than pubic hairs on the toilet, dirty Q-tips on the floor, a broken hair dryer, broken clothes hangers, half empty...

“The kitchen was not fully equipped for cooking. The AC did not keep my room cool. The wasn't clean the floors felt gritty even with my shoes on. The floors felt like you were walking on sand.,”

“The bathroom floor had water on it when I arrived. The shower curtain had mold. When I arrived there was a guest outside smoking marijuana and the halls and elevator smelled like it as well. The WiFi didn’t work either. Overall it was not a good experience ”

“Checked in early which was great after a 10 hour drive. But… was told to use self check in. First time being there had no clue that bracelets were room key. Kiosk provided room number we’re assigned to but had no clue that it was ready. So I ended up having to wait 10 minutes in line anyway. The person helping me wasn’t very knowledgeable. Our family of 6 got the deluxe suite that sleeps 8. You have to pay for the extra people to use the water park which we thought was included. The amenities...
