“We have stayed her before and the stay was nice. But it seems this hotel has been taken over by a new owner and have let things slide. I called the day of check-in to see what the latest we could check-in. He could not answer my question. We got to the hotel. The same person was at the front desk and tried to explain the issue with the A/C. It did not work. We still couldn't figure it out when we got to the room. The hallway had a bad odor. The room had a strong cleaning odor. Are they...

“The kitchen was not fully equipped for cooking. The AC did not keep my room cool. The wasn't clean the floors felt gritty even with my shoes on. The floors felt like you were walking on sand.,”

“Breakfast was a joke oatmeal. Crackers and some kind of protein bar. Not a horrible place to stay just no breakfast. ”

“very nice and clean rooms with comfortable beds and pillows. Breakfast was very good with a variety of food cooked on site.. Nice roomy bathrooms. Manager mentioned that the rooms are in the process of updating some worn out items in the rooms. I would definitely stay here again.”

“Room was very dirty and when we showed pictures to the front desk agent, they seemed very unconcern and offered merely to move us to a different room, which I'm sure would not have been much cleaner. We really wanted a discount or an extra night added to our stay. Whole time we were treated with a very dismissive attitude as though we were in a budget hotel, and couldn't expect more than pubic hairs on the toilet, dirty Q-tips on the floor, a broken hair dryer, broken clothes hangers, half empty...

“We had to wait outside till someone showed up to check us in. The room was falling apart and I didn’t investigate much past the fridge that had white stuff running down it and slime all over it. We turned around went back to the car.”
