“The kitchen was not fully equipped for cooking. The AC did not keep my room cool. The wasn't clean the floors felt gritty even with my shoes on. The floors felt like you were walking on sand.,”

“very nice and clean rooms with comfortable beds and pillows. Breakfast was very good with a variety of food cooked on site.. Nice roomy bathrooms. Manager mentioned that the rooms are in the process of updating some worn out items in the rooms. I would definitely stay here again.”

“Room was very dirty and when we showed pictures to the front desk agent, they seemed very unconcern and offered merely to move us to a different room, which I'm sure would not have been much cleaner. We really wanted a discount or an extra night added to our stay. Whole time we were treated with a very dismissive attitude as though we were in a budget hotel, and couldn't expect more than pubic hairs on the toilet, dirty Q-tips on the floor, a broken hair dryer, broken clothes hangers, half empty...

“Checked in early which was great after a 10 hour drive. But… was told to use self check in. First time being there had no clue that bracelets were room key. Kiosk provided room number we’re assigned to but had no clue that it was ready. So I ended up having to wait 10 minutes in line anyway. The person helping me wasn’t very knowledgeable.
