Hotel vicino a Akshar Mandir - Surat

“Do not stay here. The hotel smells bad and is very dirty. My room had piss left on the toilet and a used condom under the bed. When I complained and asked the staff to clean it they refused and continued playing PUBG on their phones. I left after 1 night dispiting having paid for 3 nights. Could not get my money refunded for the rest of the nights despite the terrible conditions of the room. Very unprofessional place. ”

“overall the stay was excellent, except that the items in the washroom were not replenished the next day... had complained about the same to the duty manager. through it was room for two people, some of the items provided was only when the room is for single occupancy.. did not expect the same from such category hotel and when you are paying quite high price for the same”
