Take a break and relax in this beautiful apartment in the peaceful bay of Agios Nikolaos. On the terrace you will enjoy the unobstructed view of the mountain and the sea.
Just 9 km from the center of Lefkada and 6 km from the airport of Aktio.

The house has 1 comfortable bedroom with 1 double bed and a single that can accommodate one person or your child and a bathroom with bathtub.
There is also a single bed at the entrance of the house.
The kitchen is equipped with all the basic cooking utensils so you can prepare a meal or a drink.
On our beautiful terrace you will enjoy your coffee while gazing at the sea and the beauties of nature. There is also a small dining area if you want to enjoy your meal with a view.

The house and the terrace are exclusively for you.
Next door there is also a short-term rental apartment.
The staircase leading to the entrance is shared, as is the parking lot.

Our neighborhood is ideal for leisurely walks. In just 1-2 minutes walk (200 metres) ,you can reach a supermarket, bakery and various cafes and taverns.
Our house is the right starting point to explore the area such as the highly touristic Lefkada which you can reach in a few minutes by car (just 9km away from us) and its many beaches. If you are a fan of kite surf you can be at the beach of Agios Ioannis in 5 minutes (3km distance)
Do not hesitate to explore our entire area because it has something for everyone!
