Welcome to Casa Bella and the start to your wonderful carefree, Akumal vacation, where you will benefit from our fully staffed team that keep your villa impeccably maintained. You will notice the pool area surrounded by tall palm trees and a wonderful deck on which to relax and enjoy the calming poolside garden.

As you walk through the front door of Casa Bella, the view of Yalku Lagoon and the Caribbean will overwhelm your eyes with the beauty of their lighting and colors.. The open floor plan of the kitchen, dinning and living room will sweep you onto the beautiful back deck and into the world famous cenote lagoon of Yalku. This level also presents you with an oceanfront bedroom with 2 double beds..
As you make your way upstairs to 2 bedrooms both with King beds, which overlooks the lagoon and the Caribbean blue sea, notice the second level veranda, a great place to relax on a lounger, read a book and enjoy the fantastic views. Don't forget the awesome roof deck and viewing dome. Hit the roof with a couple of friends, Margaritas end enjoy the sunset. The 4th Bedroom is situated on the 3rd Level roof terrace with a king bed. Also, please enjoy the newly added roof Jacuzzi with great views of the Yalku Lagoon and the Caribbean Ocean.

Included in your rental is the use of the Guesthouse, or casita. The Casita is located outside by the pool. The first floor has 3 bedrooms, 2 with two double beds and the third has a king size bed. All three rooms can share 2 bathrooms and the living room. A great place for the grand kids to hang out or for some privacy away from the main house. "

The Chef services will include the following:
Up to 3 meals per day served between 8am and 6pm. The service includes welcome dinner at arrival, if requested by the guests, and also breakfast service for their departing day. The service provided is for up to 16 people, extra person USD$25 per day. This service does not include the cost of groceries nor the USD$25 shopping fee per day or if they take the full week, USD$150 per week, plus the gratuity.

Regardless of how far or how near you have traveled, we will make sure that your experience at Casa Bella will be one to remember. The adventures that you can have in Yalku and the privacy of the space at this wonderful property will fill your memories for a long time to come. Please note the base rate on Casa Bella is for 8 people. Extra charges apply for guests over that number and will be calculated after the total guest number is inputted. Reservations for Thanksgiving, President and Easter's week there is a minimum of 6 nights. For Christmas and New years 7 nights.

We take standards for hygiene and cleanliness very seriously and are taking additional steps to ensure the safety of our guests during their stay.

Best Family vacation yet!

We just returned from our stay at Casa Bella, and couldn’t wait to leave this review! This was truly the best vacation my family and I have had together. Casa Bella, Carlos and Nyeli (sp?) were absolutely wonderful, and the house itself was a dream to relax, play, and eat at. We did end up hiring Chef Adrien (Omar), the food was the best we had anywhere during our stay and everyone's favorite part about Casa Bella. Dinners on the patio in the breeze with the sound of the Ocean was magical. Everyone in our group is excited to return to Casa Bella again, and I know that we will be enjoying the memories of this trip for a long time to come.

Each room, including the pool house was beautifully decorated. The view was stunning and there were enough spaces for our large group to spread out. The staff were very friendly and we would definitely come back again. I would recommend getting a golf cart if staying at this location.

Since we had made our reservation a few additional bonuses were included such as the rooftop plunge pool. The casita was cozy and in the process of being renovated which was a bit chaotic for my group but I know in the end the results will be stunning. One of the nicest villas in Akumal Beach.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We just came back from spending 7 days in Casa Bella. It is basically everything that one can imagine for a perfect vacation. The house is huge, and can accommodate easily 15 people. The views of the sea from every level and bedrooms are breathtaking. The cleaning people came everyday making sure that the house was in perfect conditions, change towels and made us feel relaxed and enjoying every moment. The fact that directly out of the house you can get into the sea to one of the best snorkel spots in the whole area is just the cherry on top of the rest. The house has three pools (including a small hottub in the third floor), we used all of them. Just beautiful. We will definitely come back. This was one of a kind experience.

On a good note, when I asked about Christmas tree, they said there was not one but they provided one before our arrival. Very special. Description of the house mentioned that there was a washing machine. There was not one available, and we had packed as if we could do laundry. When we asked about laundry, they offered to do our laundry for a charge. This made me very upset.

Each of us had our own space to unwind, yet the common areas made it easy to gather, laugh, and reconnect.The kids were in heaven with the daily choice of pools and the thrill of walking straight down to the water for a splash. Swimming over to the lagoon was a highlight—snorkeling with vibrant fish just steps from the house felt like something out of a travel magazine.And the chef service? Absolutely phenomenal. Edwin and Jose crafted meals that were not only delicious but memorable. Every dish was a celebration of flavor and hospitality.This home gave us the space to relax, explore, and enjoy each other’s company in a way that few places can. We’re already dreaming about coming back.

Multi-generation vacation in Akumal

Communication prior to our stay was excellent and I booked airport transport, two excursions, and a Chef for the week through Akumal Villas. Memories made during our excursions to Mayan Ruins and a private sail and snorkel will never be forgotten. The majority of our stay was spent swimming at the Villa in the pool and relaxing in the hot tubs with front views to the ocean. We used the casita for family movie nights. The pictures are beautiful and don’t do it justice. We should have known when we arrived from the airport to dinner being prepared by Chef Adriana that this was going to be an amazing week. Volveremos!

I literally Have no complaints about the house. At one point we had a power outage and the water shut off (bc of a storm). I notified The house manager and the problem was fixed in less than an hour!. It was such a luxurious experience down to the car service (Miguel is the owner of the service and he went above and beyond) and the chef. I was Hesitant about getting a chef before because I thought we would want to eat out a lot. LISTEN when I say chef Emilio was a 10/10!! he made all of us feel catered to, from taking special requests to surprising us with wonderful deserts each night. Having chef Emilio there during our stay was one of the best decisions I could’ve made while staying at casa Bella, he definitely exceeded our expectations. Don’t be afraid to go down into the water from the backyard, it was so relaxing and refreshing & mostly shallow waters. We were about 15 minutes from tulum and so to go out and have some fun at a few day parties or bars during the evening was not an issue. The whole experience was a 10/10 I definitely would make this an annual trip!

Amazing

Everything about our stay at Casa Bella was amazing! The home is stunning with views from the whole house. We went snorkeling everyday, kayaked, and paddle boarded right out our back door. We saw sting rays, turtles, barracudas, and beautiful fish. We swam in the pools, enjoyed both meals on both patios, and loved the rooftop deck to watch the Lunar Eclipse. We had 15 people staying in our group from infants to 70 years old and everyone had an amazing time. The staff, Carlos and Nayeli were amazing as well as the house manager, Rhett. The Akumal property managers also helped us book several tours for the group. I highly recommend this villa. We can't wait to come back!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful 2 week stay at Casa Bella. The property is stunning and the views breathtaking. The description and photos online are accurate but don't do the place justice! Some highlights of our stay 1) the secluded peace and quiet, with no noise from neighbours 2) the ease of getting in and out of the ocean for swimming and snorkeling, thanks to the well designed dock 3) the many well-equipped outdoor spaces for sunning, reading, swimming, relaxing and eating, especially happy hour on the roof and the pool overlooking the ocean 4) the comfortable bedrooms with ceiling fans, air conditioning and strong hot showers 5) the well-stocked kitchen, especially appreciated by our foodie group who likes to cook. The house is extremely well managed by a local couple who come to care for the house 6 days/week and we can't say enough good things about the Akumal Villas rental agency, from making the reservation to communicating every step of the way, to the ease of check in and check out. We highly recommend Casa Bella and hope to return next year!

Casa Bella - Beautiful House, Beautiful Location

Casa Bella was everything I expected and more. I love the fact that it’s a short distance to the restaurants and shops in Akumal, but far enough away that it felt more private (the use of the golf cart was a huge bonus). Being on the lagoon was what I was looking for when I booked, and we had our own little steps down into the water (careful! very slimy and slippery). We paid a bit extra to heat the small jetted waterside pool - well worth the price. The staff was friendly and very helpful, but they didn’t speak any English. One caveat - be careful because some of the steps between floors are tricky and the floor is extremely slippery when wet. To the owners: some door mats would have been appreciated. I highly recommend and want to return soon!
