  • Villa Taj-kumal è una bella villa sulla baia di Akumal e l'ONLY villa sulla spiaggia più bella del paradiso! 4.500 metri quadrati in uno stile mediterraneo marocchino con camere enormi, finestre a arco moresco in tutto e decorazioni "Notti Arabian". Questa villa deve essere visto per essere creduto e una vera fantasia che è venuto a vita! Villa Taj-Kumal �� 20 minuti a Tulum, 15 minuti da Puerto Aventuras e 30 minuti a Playa del Carmen, in auto!

    L'entrata in questa tenuta murata è fiancheggiata da palme enormi. C'è un garage coperto da due auto e in top 2 delle 6 camere sono situati in questa casa distaccata. Questo è un posto perfetto per tenere gli adolescenti !!

    Quando si arriva si cammina su una larga scala curva e si entra attraverso enormi porte intagliate con finestre in vetro colorato su entrambi i lati. Noterete immediatamente l'incredibile soffitto della cattedrale di 30 piedi, le pareti in pietra scolpite, i pavimenti greci con i tappeti di Bali, l'illuminazione indiretta, il soffitto a mattoni in cupola nella sala da pranzo e un'incredibile vista spettacolare di Akumal Bay.

    La cucina �� immensa, ha un soffitto a volta in mattoni, è completamente attrezzata e dispone di un tavolo per la colazione e ha anche un bar bagnato che passa nel salotto! C'�� una grande stanza in polvere ei divani del soggiorno sono ricoperti di tessuto di stampa tigre con un sacco di cuscini.

    Tutte le camere di Villa Taj-Kumal hanno una splendida vista sull'oceano. Ci sono due ampie camere con aria condizionata, al piano inferiore con soffitti alti, cabine armadio, letti king-size e bagni enormi. Una di queste camere ha un ingresso completamente separato, per una maggiore privacy! Si raggiunge l'immensa e molto drammatica camera matrimoniale al piano superiore ascendendo una scala a chiocciola a spirale. La prima cosa che vedrete è il letto in stile teak convertibile di fronte a una parete in pietra scolpita. Ha un balcone coperto wraparound dove si desidera passare molte ore a leggere e godendo la brezza costante di Akumal Bay. Il bagno �� in realtà tre stanze: una per la toilette e un bidet, uno per la stanza principale del bacino e l'altro per la cabina doccia a doppia testa. L'arredamento è unico e bello con splendidi lavori di piastrelle.

    La camera da letto di Taj-Kumal è situata accanto alla casa principale di fronte alla piscina. Conosciuta come PRANIA BUNGALOW, per il suo flusso di energia e la sua tranquillità, lo stile balinese-ind�� di questa stanza sarà deliziato. Affacciata sul giardino dalla statua in bronzo "la Regina dei Marini" e dalla piscina, questa camera ha tutto. Un letto king size e un divano letto extra con due letti singoli e una doccia esterna murata con stonazione vi faranno sentire come un re. Senti il ​​pavimento in pietra del fiume della doccia esterna massaggiare i piedi mentre sotto il sole, la luna e le stelle.

    Villa Taj-Kumal è su una spiaggia incredibile e vanta una splendida piscina in stile "laguna" con piscina a Pagoda sul lato spiaggia della villa. C'è un passaggio dalla cucina per l'intrattenimento all'aperto e l'intero tetto della villa è un osservatorio per guardare le stelle o guardare le spettacolari albe sopra Akumal Bay. Great location in Akumal

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The best part of this house is it's location. This was our second time staying here. It's a short walk to restaurants, bars, dive shop, market, bakery and more. I have teenage boys so it allows them a little freedom and me peace of mind because Akumal is a safe, small community. Enjoy and look forward to going back next year.

The Perfect Vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is the third time we've stayed at Villa Taj Kumal. Once again, it was the perfect vacation! The house is the perfect size for the 12 of us. It is absolutely beautiful. Most of our time was spent at the pool. It is well maintained. I loved that the privacy wall has been lowered so you can look out to the ocean but yet still have privacy. The grounds keeper and housekeeping staff do a wonderful job. The rooms were cleaned daily and they were accommodating to our requests. David, the manager, was very helpful to us as well. We appreciated that there is 24hr security at the house. The location of the house is also a main attraction for us. No need to rent a car because everything we needed was within walking distance. Almost every morning we walked to Loncheria Alumalito for breakfast. I highly suggest the french toast and scrambled eggs with chorizo. La Buena Vida has a great ocean view while having dinner. The moonlight on the water was beautiful. La Cueva del Pescador has the best margaritas! I suggest the seafood soup while enjoying your margarita. Taverna Akumal is a new Italian restaurant with great food and a great atmosphere. Turtle Bay Cafe and bakery is also a great place. Lol-Ha has a great ocean view but the food is okay. Imelda's Ecocina is open for breakfast and lunch. It is tucked away so not real noticeable when you're walking around but keep looking for it! It had the best fish tacos! Next to the restaurants is a small area with local vendors if you're in the mood for shopping. If you're looking for shopping like the shops in Playa del Carmen then this is not the place for you. It was the perfect vacation for family and friends and I can't wait to go back again. I love Akumal and I wouldn't think about staying anywhere else besides the Taj Kumal.

Good Friends, Good Times in Akumal

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our second trip to Akumal and our second stay at the TajKumal. The location is perfect! Very close to the restaurants and shops. The staff at the house are wonderful. The house is spotless and the pool is kept clean. The snorkeling was awesome and we got a lot of use out of the kayak. We spent a lot of time in the kitchen making cocktails to enjoy at the pool and pigging out on the food we purchased at Sam's in Playa. We heard the TajKumal will be a B&B next year. We were disappointed to hear that. We love staying there and had planned on doing it every year. We still love Akumal and plan on going next year. We'll just find another place to hang out and have a great time! Thank you Akumal Villas for your help and a big thank you to Myrna for letting us stay at her beautiful house!!

The cleaning personel were very nice but you should tell guests ahead of time about the suggested 5% tip which I think is very high.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our 2nd stay at the Villa Taj Kumal. As we hoped, it was as wonderful as before! The location is perfect for swimming and snorkeling right out the back door. The beach is beautiful. The pool is perfect for lounging around in the afternoon and has plenty of shaded areas for those who have had enough sun. We love being able to walk to the Lol-Ha for lunch and to Turtle Bay for breakfast or dinner. Our rental golf carts came in handy for getting to destinations a bit further away. It's the most exotic yet simple and relaxing villa we have found. Myrna and her staff are very good to work with and take care of any needs that may come up. We would recommend anyone to stay at the Villa Taj Kumal. We plan to return!

Reviewer Comments: The Taj Kumal has so many wonderful features: Close to the beach for fabulous snorkeling and swimming, a beautiful pool and very clean, inviting accomodations with very unique decor. We had 9 adults staying at the Taj Kumal and everyone felt very comfortable with the space. We will stay there again!
