“The staff at this hotel was very kind. Parking was through valet and went very well. The bed is the problem. I always rate the hotel by the mattress. That mattress was terribly old and we didn't sleep at all. The curtain in the room was half hanging off the window and upon pulling the bed down, there were multiple pubic and long hairs all over the sheets. I probably would not stay at this hotel again.”

“Hard to stay with kids as several amenities are within the casino portion and kids cannot walk through. The shuttle to the ball park is not reliable and left us at the ball park. Rooms were nice but just kept running into issues. Would probably think twice before picking it again.”

“The hotel was in the perfect location, very active area with lots of restaurants and bars. Close to everything you need. The room was excellent with a kitchen, microwave and full refrigerator. The breakfast was very good and all staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel also had free laundry facility and a gym. I would highly recommend this hotel.”
