“We had a bit of an issue with our room, which was quickly resolved by the staff by changing our room and giving us an upgrade. Really appreciated that. After that everything was perfect. We did have a bit of an issue with the air conditioning but it wasn't too bad. Definitely will come back. Thanks ”

“Esperienza super positiva in questo hotel che sembra nuovo. Stanza pulitissima, viene pulita ogni giorno e vengono cambiate le salviette. Dispone anche di una piscina, di una palestra e di un bar. Non abbiamo usufruito della colazione. ”

“Sono arrivato la sera a mezzanotte, il tassista mi ha lasciato sul retro e non sapevo come entrare. Ho telefonato all’hotel e la persona, non parlando inglese, mi ha agganciato il telefono in faccia. Dopo 10 minuti è comparsa una persona della sicurezza che mi ha fatto entrare. Avevo prenotato una stanza fumatori queen size bed, mi hanno dato una stanza “blindata” con due letti singoli, ho chiesto di cambiarla e mi è stato risposto che la camera di mio gradimento sarebbe stata pronta dopo un’ora...

“I liked everything about this apartment/hotel. Staff is very friendly. Everything is super clean. When you request an Uber, it arrives immediately. Just down the street there is an excellent restaurant. A.C. works well. I would definitely stay here again. I was a solo female and felt very safe.”

“The hotel staff are very helpful. The room is very spacious, clean and has all amenities. I didn’t eat at the hotel but they do offer a limited range of food and beverages. Albaik is across the road and a large mall is close by. I would recommend taking a cab to the mall although it is close because the roads are very busy. I would definitely recommend this hotel, it was a pleasing experience.”
