“I stayed for 3 days and on my last day I called the front desk to request clean towels. The person at the front desk asked if I was checking out that day, and when I said yes, he told me I could come and get the towels myself. I found this very upsetting and unprofessional, especially since housekeeping staff was already present. As a paying guest, I expected basic customer service and assistance during my stay until checkout time.”

“Spark by Hilton was a great stay! Hotel was clean and maintained properly. Rooms were a great size and air conditioning was fantastic. The only negative was the breakfast. No protein of any sort served like sausages or bacon. There was toast, muffins, bagels, yogurt and oatmeal. Overall a great place to stay!”

“The resort is relaxing and the pools are terrific. Places to eat were excellent from causual lunches to refined dining. Upgraded my room to the adult 7th floor and was treated to breakfast of quiche, croissants, esspresso and evening happy hour of beer and wine with a tray of cheeses, meats, nuts and fruits. Had a great vacation and needed escape.”
