We usually respond quickly to any issues our guests have but you reported it to the front desk before you left in the morning, so we never had a chance to resolve anything that had upset you so much that you deemed it necessary to complain to 2 different sites. So now we know and we will have our maintenance check it out.

We appreciate your comments. This motel was actually built in the 70's and one of the first ones built to accommodate the fast-growing tourism industry. You could say its historical. And we proudly carry on the tradition. Please stay with us again.

There 's a misunderstanding. We do apologize that you are upset.All Valley Cafe is an independent restaurant and anyone, not just the guests from Dunes Inn, is welcome to go in, order meals and pay for the meals. You do not need the breakfast vouchers to get in. We do offer coffee,hot water and tea bags in the lobby/office all day, the guests do not need to go into the restaurant for coffee. The free breakfast is full, hot, cook-to-order meal and you can choose one of 5 different meals; served from 7 to 10 AM. The free breakfast vouchers are issued for the guests upon checking in; according to the numbers of the reserved guests and the length of the stay. The policy is stated in the confirmation emails and the registration form.The lady asked for extra breakfast vouchers and was told we had issued them when you checked in and you mentioned that you had them. She became upset. The hotel rates are seasonal and varies according to dates, room types and the numbers of the guests. For that weekend, 86.00 plus taxes was for the single room. Your room rate of 104 Plus Taxes reserved through EXPEDIA was for a 2-Queen room and for 3 guests.Our rooms are always cleaned and sanitized. If housekeeping had not cleaned to your satisfaction, you could have informed the front desk and we would have asked the housekeeper to come and clean the tub and sink for you. It is always our responsibility to make sure our guests are completely satisfied.

We could change furniture, we could change personnel, we set policies about smoking and pets but unfortunately, we could not control the behavior of our guests who sometimes talk a little louder, or have the tv on loud volume etc.. But we do try to make sure our guests are not inconvenienced by bad or rowdy behavior, everyone is safe and comfortable in their own rooms. Apologies for the noise.

We are exactly the place to stay when you want reasonable prices, big clean rooms, safe, and location, location, location. Our housekeepers are always honest and give us stuff our guests sometimes leave behind, just in case they call us back and inquire.
