“Staff was friendly and helpful. Beds were deliciously comfortable. I appreciated that they had both firm and fluffy pillows and soft cotton sheets. The room was pretty. We were not bothered at all by sound from the neighborhood pub downstairs (I was worried when I saw it, but it was not a problem at all). I will definitely stay here again.”

“A young person named September checked us in and she was fabulous! Very nice and gave good restaurant recommendations. I liked where the hotel is located with the different food options and easy to get to the freeway. The breakfast options were great. Fresh fruit and the hot breakfast options were nice. I will definitely book here again”

“Pros: Beautiful neighborhood with many nearby amenities including restaurants and public transit; comfy bed and nice towels. Cons: Parking is truly a nightmare, we lucked out and found a spot nearby and only used public transit the entire trip to avoid losing the parking spot. Wouldn't be a big deal for people who fly in. The unexpected cleaning fee and huge security deposit was ridiculous and not advertised anywhere. I also didn't like that these fees were charged using a different platform...

“Great cheap place to stay! I didn't like how the bed was right next to the window, though, where the curtain wasn't long enough to cover the light shining into my face at night. I had to put a pillow by the window just to block the light. The communal bathroom is okay, although I think they need new doors because they are so hard to close and lock.”

“Our best stay was at this Residence Inn after a week of PacNW college touring! Incredible rooms, fantastic staff, and a balcony view overlooking the lake was the cherry on the cake. This is our go to place moving forward. 10/10!”

“Initially no water as they were working on repair or maintenance, unbeknownst to us. Then the workers continued right out our door til 8 pm. Annoying but tolerable. Dudnt linger any longer than necessary do no clue on breakfast offered.”

“I was in the city for four days and three nights!! They never cleaned our room or changed our bed sheets………. The whole entire time we were there. I had four people in our group. So I called down to the front desk for more towels and to let them know that our room was never made up. They said we only do that every two days. We have already been there for two days.So on the second night we were there I asked for more towels to be sent up. They never brought the towels up that evening and that...
