“Restaurants were excellent”

“TV's didn't work. changed batteries twice and remote once. thermostat in room all taped up. Staff at front desk was very helpful. brought a blanket and tried to fix remote. fixed the heater. very thin beadspread and no blanket. lots of drug deals going on outside the main lobby. i did not feel secure there.”

“The staff at the Silverbow were incredibly helpful and kind. The property is amazing and quirky (in a good way). It's in an excellent location, very close to a ton of restaurants and shops. We loved our stay.”

“It was not worth $600.00 per night. There was no hot water in the shower, a water leak coming from the ceiling with a sticky residue, no air conditioning and it smelled stale.”

“The staff was very friendly and helpful and the feeling was that it was more rustic as there is usually a lot of rain and the area around the hotel was more gravel and at the room window the weeds are a bit overgrown. Our room was downstairs from the lobby and although there was an elevator it didn't go down to the lower floor and with heavy bags this was a bit much. “We had 4 nights at Eagles Watch and our host John, was awesome. Not only a wealth of information, but a great cook who served us daily breakfast along with sharing stories and information about Juneau. The number of eagles who graced us with their daily presence was incredible. A cozy, comfortable, clean place that was the perfect first part of our Alaskan journey. Thank you John for everything!!
