Interni perfettamente arredati, due ampie zone soggiorno al coperto + sala da pranzo all'aperto, l'aspetto del sud progettato minuziosamente per una reale privacy e molto altro!

I nostri ospiti ci valutano 5 stelle - ogni volta.

Cammina attraverso la porta principale e ti aspetta la magnifica Porongurup Range. Questa splendida vista a 180 ° è mozzafiato - nebulosa e morbida in estate, nitida e chiara in inverno.

La nostra casa è splendidamente decorata con uno stile Boho - Chic moderno. Il fresco sfondo bianco, i mobili antichi selezionati appositamente, i prodotti per la casa semplici e sobri, creano uno stile che emula il vero spirito della casa.

Una cucina ben arredata, luminosa e spaziosa * ti aspetta. Perfettamente posizionato per preparare e gustare facilmente i pasti con amici e familiari.

Ci sono due zone soggiorno separate. Uno è a livello di entrata e offre un ambiente sociale aperto e spazioso adiacente alla zona pranzo e cucina. La seconda area vivente è per la pace e la tranquillità. Vai al piano di sotto e hai tranquillità senza distrazioni, oltre alla bellissima atmosfera del giardino della meditazione e oltre.

Il bagno * e il bagno * sono lussuosamente arredati. Usiamo solo le migliori lenzuola bianche e tutti i materassi sono standard deluxe. Ci sono tre bagni in totale.

Il nostro ambiente esterno confortevole (posti fino a 6) e barbecue sul balcone, offrono ancora un altro rifugio zona di vita, ancora una volta con vista ininterrotta.

In posizione centrale, puoi raggiungere a piedi i negozi, andare in bicicletta in città o fare un viaggio in auto di 5 minuti a Middleton Beach. C'è un regolare servizio di autobus per la città davanti alla porta.

Se sei molto fortunato potresti trovare la gallina residente ..... può essere timida. Assicuratevi di provare anche la doccia esterna riscaldata.

This is the nicest property we've rented in WA. Stylish and spacious with a living room overlooking super views. So nicely fitted out, it feels like a treasured home and not like a standard rental property. Were so glad this was the last place we rented for our WA trip, if it had been our first all the other properties would have been very second best. Thanks to the owner for looking after us and being so responsive. That was so nice and reassuring too.Many thanks, Mark and Sue

The property has stunning views, we enjoyed sun, rain and wind & it was fantastic to watch the weather when we weren't out exploring. We found the sofa and the bed to be very comfortable.

The house is beautifully presented and is very clean and modern. Vast amounts of space including a garden and veranda with barbecue on it. Bed comfortable. Good kitchen with everything you need. Very modern bathroom.

It was a great experience to stay in this place for three nights with my children for holiday in Albany. The location is perfect and it’s easy to drive to the beach, shopping centre, the city of Albany and other places. It’s designed very well, specially the kitchen and dining area. It’s quite area and has a beautiful view. We really enjoyed our holiday and I wished we could stay more. I highly recommend to stay in this beautiful place to enjoy the gorgeous view and relax with a cup of coffee. Thanks Helen for your nice communication to check on us, thanks for your hospitality. This was our second stay in your lovely home and, as previously, we found it to be clean and comfortable. A quiet location with scenic views and close to the centre of Albany. We would be happy to visit again.

I initially had issues with the price agreement as the listing apparently showed an incorrect rate, however Helen honoured the pricing and that was sorted out. Her place is lovely - with everything as described in the advert. It was clean, spacious and with a wonderful view of the hills. We had a very comfortable stay. Thank you so much.

The house was wonderful and the kitchen was quite well equipped for self catering. The house was modern and spacious and the bathrooms were beautiful. It was in a quiet area within easy driving distance to restaurants. Helen was communicative and helpful.

Positioned just a 5 min drive from the town centre and close to the beach ...the area has great coastal drives ...walks and inland walks...and some interesting history ...lovely views over the country side from the property...its well equipped...spacious and quiet

My friend & I stayed for 3 nights. Master bedroom was very comfortable. Location was great near shops & restaurants. House was wonderful. The most amazing views of the many different birds flying around the area. We managed to catch a quick glimpse of the illusive hen. Lol Highly recommended.
