I stayed for two nights, and my room was never cleaned, and new towels weren’t provided. The hotel was extremely noisy. Dry overcooked rubbery cheese omelet with dry potatoes, cold hard boiled eggs, fruit and oatmeal as well as a waffle station. The missing hairdryer was replaced, but only after receiving a front desk call telling me to check the bathroom drawer and a staff member entering my bathroom to check the drawer without requesting permission to do so.
