“I recently stayed at the Double Tree by Hilton for work. The facility was clean; however, the rooms are a bit outdated. Staff was friendly and polite. Pool/patio area has a beautiful view of the bridge and riverfront. Overall, it wasn't a terrible stay.”

“I did not have any concerns about my stay. The man that greeted me was cordial to me. He checked me in , gave me my key and off to my room. I was pleasantly happy with my room. Very clean, blankets were nice and my bed was comfortable. The next morning I went for coffee and breakfast however, it was minimal... Still no concerns. I feel for the price I paid on Expedia I would stay again.

“While my room was initially clean, housekeeping did not come for 2 days; needless to say garbage piled up.
We had to leave early due to an untimely death in the family; because I made the reservation through Expedia, Marriott would not refund any money. I will have to rethink reserving a room at Marriott in the future.”

“I booked through Expedia about 2 weeks in advance ( May 25, 2026 ) our reservation were for June 9, 2026 - June 13, 2026. WHY would someone Not reach out and INFORM us of CONSTRUCTION happening at this particular site !!! Horrific. The staff members were nice and accommodating BUT THE NOISE NOISE NOISE. Machine noise starts early, elevator are BUSY. 2 elevators ( 1 marked for construction use ) and that particular elevator seem to be the ONLY one we could ever catch. Our last day there I was...
