“Room was spacious however, it was dusty and has a musty smell. Not well maintained. Wifi is just in public areas. Staff are helpful and the restaurants served good food. ”

“The room is clean, the staff are friendly, polite, and attentive. The air conditioning is really good in the room. The breakfast in the morning are ok, if you are not used to eating a lot of carbs, it is not for you.”

“Staff confirmed pick up at the airport but nobody showed up. They did not even notify me that the transport was not available on that day and time. I called them and they asked me to take a taxi and they will reimburse. It is not about the money. Staff was not apologetic. Staff has no communicarion skills. They cut me off while I was still speaking. Customer service is 0% satisfactory.”
