“The airconditioning system was leaking inside the room and flooded some areas in the room although when we called the staff’s attention, they have responded prompty ”

“The room was sufficient, but the bathroom definitely needed to be reworked. There is no hot running water. There is no real pressure for the shower. So I had to use the bucket and a kettle that was provided by the hotel to heat up my water so I wasn’t taking a cold bucket bath. There were also about a dozen ants inside the bathroom that I spotted. If anything, the bathroom can certainly be upgraded. The area around the property is very noisy with traffic. But if I would shut the bathroom window...

“Very nice set up. I picked this location for convenience from the airport. But after a couple of days, I moved closer to the volcano and decided to walk. For reference it’s a 90 minute walk, but it was incredibly awesome.”

“The room was spacious with nice view of Mayon volcano. The water pressure and hot water supply in bathroom area left something to be desired. Rooms in general could use updating. Breakfast buffet options were good but found a insect inside one of the juices. Staff were not as friendly as what I am used to. In general, it was a good place to stay though in this non tourist town.”
