“Found a French fry in a made room. Weird. Called to the front desk, told to come down and they acted as if they had no idea what happened. Finding the ice and water machines are difficult. No signage coming off the elevator to the direction of them. No towels in the gym. Food was ok but the wait staff needs a bit more customer service training.”

“It's a nice hotel but nowhere near luxury class and was overpriced. Paid almost 30 for a tiny piece of fish. Was told it came with peas when we asked what it came with. There were literally 12 peas. So I guess technically it came with peas. After eating the 4 bites of fish, we went out for dinner after dinner. Luxury prices but not a luxury experience.”
