“The room wasn’t ready for us when we checked in at 6pm. Needed to be cleaned still. The pool was clean. Very spacious clean room when we received the key. We did stay and fly; left our car in the parking lot and took the hotel shuttle to the airport. Very convenient. Will do again.”

“The rooms were clean and comfortable, all staff were extremely friendly and I just adore the two receptionists there. They were so sweet and accommodating especially because I kept extending my stay by a day not knowing when I was going home. And they were ready for me each morning to redo my key cards and were able to keep me on the same room my entire stay. “This is a great hotel in a good location and the friendliest staff. The rooms and beds were amazingly comfortable. Good coffee and hot breakfast in the morning too. The only reason I’m giving 4 starts is because there were some hot water issues, where the shower only got luke warm. The staff went above and beyond to help remedy the situation though and I would absolutely stay here again. ”

“Wonderful hotel! Everything was very clean, staff was very nice and accommodating. Our studio suite had everything you need, pots and pans, glassware (no wine glasses) cooking utensils etc..The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The indoor pool and jacuzzi were nice and always clean. This will definitely be our go to hotel whenever we are in Missoula. ”

There was a group of teenagers staying who quite literally screamed up and down the hallway, as well as directly outside of the first floor windows all night.
