“It’s like a lottery with this accommodation , your room size and whether you get any room cupboard space or even a shower cubicle you can actually fit in to or a stand up shower bath tub all depends on which room and floor you get . It’s an absolute joke that every time I book here I always have to complain about the room . ”

Dopo vari tentativi di contatto telefonico del gestore dell'appartamento, abbiamo ricevuto mail informativa per effettuare il check-in alle ore 18:20 del nostro arrivo, devo segnalare che non è stato piacevole. ”

“Check in procedure was diabolical. No clear signs, no clear idea what building to check into. People milling about with absolutely no idea where to go. We walked (no mean feat in the mountains) to one building as there were no signs on the building the email directed us to, and luckily, they found our booking, but we were at the wrong hotel.
