The Villa V2 comprises 2 floors, 2 suites, a terrace, a garden, and a private parking space. On the ground floor, you will find an equipped kitchenette, a guest toilet with a shower, a spacious living room, and a private outdoor garden. On the 1st floor, you will find 2 glamorous suites with a complete bathroom, one of which has access to a spacious terrace with lounge chairs overlooking the pool. The villa can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people, providing you with a private parking space.

At the hotel, you can use the resort's swimming pools and relaxation areas for free. Additionally, you can purchase All-Inclusive packages, bar services, restaurant, laundry, SPA, among others, directly at the hotel reception, upon payment.

Location and proximity:- 5 minutes from the famous Oura Beach and Santa Eulália Beach;- Near the Oura Strip, renowned for its famous bars, restaurants, and entertainment;- Close to all services.

Accommodation Rules:- Check-in time from 4:00 PM and check-out until 11:00 AM.- A deposit of €500 will be charged to cover damages or unforeseen consumption. The deposit will be returned after check-out and after inspection of the villa. The amount will be refunded up to 7 days after check-out.- No noise between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM.- It is not allowed to disturb or disrespect the neighbors.- Parties or events are prohibited.- Pets are not allowed.- To check-in, at least one guest must be 21 years of age or older.- It is not allowed to exceed the number of occupants allowed in the accommodation, even if they are visitors. Visitors will not be able to access the hotel, except through the purchase of All-Inclusive services and authorization from the Hotel Management.- Days before your arrival, you will be contacted via mobile phone to arrange the time and place of check-in and to know if you have any special requests to be arranged before your arrival.- It is mandatory to comply with these and other accommodation rules, expressed in the Book of Local Accommodation, as well as the rules of the Hotel.

Hotel Rules:- Mandatory use of T-shirt and footwear inside the hotel.- Smoking is not allowed in the building.- Glass cups/bottles or other sharp objects are not allowed in the pool bar terrace area and throughout the pool.- All hotel guests will have to wear a bracelet identifying the regime in which they are staying.- The villas have a safe, with a weekly rental (7 days) of €17.50 or a daily rental of €3.00. The hotel is not responsible for any damage or theft in the villa.

Pool:- It is forbidden to reserve the pool loungers.- It is mandatory to wear a bikini top in the pool.- There is no lifeguard.- Towels for use in the pool can be requested at reception or SPA, with a deposit of €20 per towel. You can change towels once a day.- The indoor pool and Jacuzzi are open from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM and from 2:00 PM to 7:00 PM (Closed on Mondays).- Cleaning is not daily. Cleaning and linen replacement will be carried out mid-week for 7-night stays and 3 times for 14-night stays. You must agree with the reception 24 hours in advance on which day(s) you want the cleaning.The Hotel has a SPA. Check the timetables, services, and prices in force during your stay.

The Hotel has an All Inclusive regime (if you wish):- It is mandatory to purchase the package for the total duration of the stay.- Children from 3 to 11 years old get a 50% discount.- All-Inclusive packs are purchased directly at reception at check-in.- It is not allowed to bring food or drinks out of the restaurant.- All services that are not purchased at reception will have to be paid directly at the place of consumption.This information may be changed without prior notice and does not exempt you from consulting the information contained in the usage regulations, as well as the information delivered at the hotel reception during check-in.
