The Villa Cozumel is a charming 4-bedroom house, located in a tranquil area of Albufeira, with a private pool. With a relaxing rural atmosphere, a short drive from beautiful beaches and the city centre, this property is ideal for couples or families seeking a peaceful getaway in the Algarve.

The villa features 4 bedrooms (2 double and 2 twins), 3 bathrooms (one adapted for people with reduced mobility) and a laundry room. The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, dishwasher, microwave, oven, stove, utensils, kettle and toaster. The spacious living/dining room offers a cosy space, with direct access to the terrace, barbecue and outdoor dining area overlooking the pool.

The large (enclosed) pool, beautiful gardens and countryside landscape provide a relaxing and family-friendly environment. The property also offers parking for 2 cars.

This picturesque villa, with free Wi-Fi, is perfect for those seeking a quiet location, but close to all amenities.

Peneco and Inatel beaches are just a few minutes by car, as well as Albufeira, with its colourful marina, Old Town and vibrant Strip, where you will find restaurants, bars, shops, supermarkets and a lively nightlife.

Renting a car is not necessary, but if you'd like to, we’re happy to assist with booking upon request. We can also help arrange transfers if needed.

If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and do not match the property's changeover day, please send us an inquiry before booking to confirm if your dates can be accommodated.

The changeover day for this property is Saturday (however, there may be flexibility in low season). 

Group deposit: € 200 per guest (payment by credit/debit card).

Please note that the occupancy for this property is 8 guests.
The 9th guest, an additional fee will be charged, which includes additional beds.
