“Property is secluded and beautiful, very new and very quiet. Room was spacious, bed was comfortable, and the room and property are spotlessly clean. Staff was attentive and helpful. The only drawback was in-room AC - it didn’t seem to be working, even after we complained and had it checked. It was a bit muggy in the room given it was Portugal in July. The pools were beautiful, sweeping views, and the restaurants were fantastic. This was a really relaxing and beautiful property, would definitely...

“Nice Location but food and Service low standard, in fact no service! Carvoeiro is a very boring location; nothing to do around, Restaurants are very Bad, no much options beside beautiful Coast .”

“As a family of 5 we had a superb holiday at the Ocean suites. We had a ground floor apartment with garden and pool access which worked really well. We’d definately go back. The only criticism I have are the hedges around garden were in need of trim and cutting back as too overgrown and all food options were quite expensive, although we found a great Italian just outside Pine Cliffs on main road. A great place overall, we would highly recommend.”

"Struttura accogliente e in zona tranquilla. Camera spaziosa e pulita, personale gentile e letto comodissimo. Eccellente la colazione abbondante e varia. Parcheggio gratuito disponibile di fronte all'hotel e comodissima la navetta gratuita che fa da spola con la città alcune volte al giorno. Consigliatissimo "

"full of humidity... shower quite often cold due to their ridicolous reliance to solar panels as heating system... found several big cockroaches.... toiletry inexistant... worst of all, when you book, they send you an email asking for letting them know if you are checking-in after 20:00, providing you are telling this one day earlier. If you do it, they answer that such request can be made only on... the same day of arrival! If you do it, they answer that... any arrival after 20:00 is considered a no show!!!"
