Birthday celebrations

Amazing, it was a perfect villa for our group of 8, 4 of the bedrooms were ensuite and tge 5th has a bathroom next to it so everyone had own bathroom. Great size rooms, very quiet location with a massive supermarket at the end of the road. Didn't want to leave. The team went above and beyond, from Mata the transfer driver, Sara surprising me with a birthday cake, Guillermo was brilliant for own excursion to Silves and Daniel was very efficient with replies to all our queries both before we went and during our trip. Totally recommend and will use again

Perfect Family holiday

This is the perfect villa for all ages. Close enough to Albufiera but far enough not to be bothered by the noise. The villa is spacious and comfortable with a huge pool. Pavel our house Manager was professional and courteous and on hand if needed. We hired a car but used Uber as it was so cheap. And there is a supermarket on the doorstep. Our deposit was refunded within 48 hours without issue. I would highly recommend This villa and villas Duma. Nothing from my point of view

Amazing house for a big family holidays

We stayed in this house with our whole family (10 people) and it was perfect for us. The property is incredibly spacious, with 5 large bedrooms and 5 bathrooms — ideal for giving every couple or pair their own privacy and comfort. Fully equipped with all the amenities and kitchen utensils needed for our group of 10. There’s plenty of room for parking, with space for two cars inside the property without any issues. The swimming pool is great as well even though it was December and the weather was cold, we still enjoyed a couple of refreshing quick swims. The service was excellent throughout our stay. Whenever we needed something, the hosts were available and helpful. Overall, a fantastic house for a family stay — we would happily return. You need a car , or using taxi / uber, for us it was not a problem at all. We knew it in advance, you can see the location We dont have anything to complain about or improve.

Better than we could have wished!

The villa was beautiful when we arrived, spacious and spotlessly clean so nobody felt like they were on top of each other and each couple had their own space. The team were so responsive leading up to our stay and Pedro was amazing! He picked us up and ped us wherever we needed to go, collected a cake for my Mums Birthday that I’d ordered and then gifted it to us, delivered a new BBQ during our stay and couldn’t do enough for us! He really made the trip and the villa had all the space and facilities we needed. Would definitely recommend and return! Pool could be heated as was too cold to enjoy in March but this was minor!

The house was lovely, very spacious, the pool was great. The location is quite far away for any shop, restaurant or bar so I think it would be good to either clarify that you will need to use taxi’s and make it clear the best way to book taxi’s etc.

Perfecta para familias.

Todo. Es el tercer año consecutivo que vamos. Eso indica el grado de satisfacción que en mi familia tenemos para con la villa. Además, con Pedro, el anfitrión, no existen los problemas. Todo se resuelve antes de que ocurra.

Wonderful holiday for all the family

The accommodation was excellent and the pool was great (if a bit chilly) we made full use of this large villa, staying for 4 weeks & inviting friends & family to join us to celebrate a special birthday, everyone had a good time. There’s plenty to do in Albufeira and if you don’t want walk there the taxis were only about €6. Helen really looked after us and made sure we were well looked after, the cleaners worked round us and kept the villa spotless, any issues were quickly dealt with, including replacing the patio table & chairs. We’d love to come back another year We could have used more coat hangers and pillows, but I’m sure if we’d mentioned it whilst we were there they would have been provided

Perfekter Aufenthalt

Das Haus befindet sich in einem perfekten Zustand. Die Vermittlerin Helene ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Auch der Transferservice hat super funktioniert. Das Haus befindet sich in einer sehr ruhigen Lage. Der Strand und die Altstadt sind mit dem Taxi für ca. 7€ zu erreichen. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen.

Beautiful villa

Beautiful villa huge rooms with quality fixtures and fittings. Bathrooms are beautiful and extremely clean. Outside space is amazing sun all day. Villa company were very helpful. Aircon in bedrooms not working sufficiently. Down stairs totally fine but upstairs really needs boasting. Owner/villa company very quickly supplied us with new fans which worked perfectly

Fantastic 5 star villa

Arrived late in the evening, picked up by villa company minibus VillasDuma Couldn't believe how fantastic villa was, absolutely amazing such grand features. Arrived to electric gates lovely entrance and grand hall and staircase. Beautiful living area kitchen and dining room, two beautiful en-suit bedrooms with terraces, glorious sweeping staircase with red carpet to upstairs with 3 more beautiful bedrooms all with en-suit bathrooms and two wiry balconies. Villa equipped with every thing needed. Outside space was amazing, beautiful pool area with plenty of sunbathing space . But what made our break away was the service we received from Pedro he was amazing noting was too much trouble, took us everywhere we needed to go day and nite like having your own concierge service. Villa was about 15 min walk from supermarket.
