Villa calma con piscina privata, Guia Albufeira

In estate o in inverno, la villa Quinta dos Loendros ha certamente il comfort necessario per godersi una vacanza da sogno a Guia (Algarve). Quinta dos Loendros è una scelta magnifica per grandi gruppi e famiglie in quanto può ospitare 10 persone. Quinta dos Loendros è una casa al piano terra, dispone di 4 camere da letto molto spaziose e molto confortevoli con TV, bagno padronale con vasca, doccia e doppio lavandino, due bagni con doccia e doppio lavandino e doccia e un lavandino.  L'ampia cucina è completamente attrezzata con tutti gli utensili necessari, una zona pranzo e una TV. L'ampio salone è decorato con grande gusto e raffinatezza. Ha un grande schermo TV e canali TV stranieri e sofisticato sistema audio e internet. Il salone ha accesso diretto al giardino, piscina all'aperto e salone, calcio balilla, ping pong, amaca, sedie a dondolo e altro ancora. L'area piscina è dotata di una seconda cucina con barbecue e zona pranzo in modo da poter cenare all'aperto e godersi i magnifici tramonti. I bambini possono giocare sui grandi terreni dietro la casa, dove c'è un trampolino che fa le meraviglie del salto. Gli adulti hanno un'area riservata al tipico gioco portoghese di "Petanque". Quinta dos Loendros si trova in una zona molto tranquilla vicino al piacevole villaggio di Guia, dove troverai l'Algarve Shopping, un mercato con prodotti freschi, banche, farmacia e tutti i servizi di cui potresti aver bisogno durante le tue vacanze. Le bellissime spiagge di Salgados, Galé, São Rafael e i famosi campi da golf sono raggiungibili in pochi minuti di auto. Il famoso parco a tema Zoomarine, dove è possibile trascorrere una giornata piena di esperienze, è a soli 4 minuti a piedi. Se preferisci la vita notturna, il centro storico di Albufeira e Rua da Oura distano solo 10 minuti in auto. Quinta dos Loendros ha spazio per parcheggiare 4 auto all'interno della proprietà. Super vacances

Nous avons passé un fabuleux séjour dans cette villa magnifique. Tout était propre, ranger les chambres magnifiques. La cuisine spacieuse salle de bain pour tout le monde. Nous avons adoré la piscine et tout le reste. Un seul bémol manque de climatisation dans le salon. Sinon le reste est parfait.

Superbe maison, bien située.

L’espace de vie est impressionnant. Grands espaces, belle terrasse et piscine, cuisine très bien équipée, chambres très confortables avec chacune une salle de bain. Endroit merveilleux. Un seul aspect un peu plus sombre: la maison aurait besoin d’un peu d’entretien (frigo, salle de bain, équipement laissé pour divertir). Le propriétaire a bien réagi à nos demandes cependant.

Une belle maison avec de belles commodites malheureusement placée a proximité d une route nationale très bruyante. Disparité entre 1 tres belle chambres et 3 autres quelconques. Nous avons aussi eu a deplorer de fortes odeurs de fosse sceptique dans toutes les chambres. Le garage des voitures est facile. La piece a vivre est magnifique.

Magnificent Property

This property is just like the advertisement. A fantastic villa which is both enormous in size and excellent in quality. All amenities were available and we were very comfortable throughout. A minor maintenance issue was resolved promptly with contact easily made via WhatsApp and a maintenance man on hand the next day to resolve. Can't ask any more. The cleaners due to change sheets mid holiday did so much more and gave the property a full clean to our amazement. They were fantastic and worthy of special mention. Thanks to all the team.

Wonderful Villa

The villa was absolutely beautiful. The outside was very well equipped and had plenty of space and loungers for sunbathing. It also provides plenty of shady seating if you choose to get away from the sun. The pool is very large and was very well kept. The inside of the villa was very clean and had extremely spacious areas. The kitchen provided all the amenities you could possibly need and has a large refrigerator with ice maker and water dispenser which was very useful. I loved that all bedrooms had their own spacious bathrooms complete with showers. Overall I would highly recommend this villa and would love to rent it again in the future . The only thing I could possibly say is that sometimes a foul smell would emerge from the bedroom bathrooms on the left side of the villa. Also it would have been nice if the sound system was able to be used.

Great house in the wrong location

This property was beautiful. Four bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, huge living room and kitchen. The house was completely stocked with every utensil we needed for cooking. The bedrooms had A/C and it worked very well. Great water pressure. There were tons of towels both for the bathrooms and pool. The pool was amazing. Very clean and perfect temperature. The outdoor areas were perfect for my teenagers. Everything was as described online. The problem was the location. It was in the middle of a very busy industrial area. When we arrived we though we were in the wrong neighborhood. The street was super busy and the traffic noise was relentless. After a couple of days we got used to that and enjoyed the stay. The other problem was the smell. I had read previous reviews mentioning the bad smell from the septic tank. I was hoping the problem had been fixed. It was not. Our bedroom smelled like a septic tank every night. We contacted the property management team and it took a long time to hear back from them. They didn't really help.

A casa e o espaço envolvente é muito bom. Ideal para um grupo. Foi uma semana muito bem passada. A resposta a pequenas questoes foi prontamente atendida. Voltaremos de certeza. A limpeza podia ser mais cuidada. A casa de banho social tem por vezes cheiro a fossa.

Villa Loendros experience

Overall i would say that Villa Loendros was a great place to stay for a large group, the outside area was spacious and well maintained, pool was a good size and exceptionally clean. The kitchen was also of the same standard, excellent, and all the bedrooms and bathrooms are of a good standard. it is a 10 minute walk into Guia which has some nice restaurants and only a short taxi ride into Old town Albuferia. Close to a good shopping centre and all amenities. We would stay there again. There are a few things that could be done in order to slightly improve what was overall a good experience. The villa has really good expensive TV's and sound systems unfortunately there were no instructions or guest book for us to look at in order for us to work any of it, so we only had our own bluetooth speakers for entertainment! There was also a strong drain smell in the Villa most days and all the showers leaked into the bedrooms as the water would not drain away quickly enough, i presume because of the drains? Also i think both of the outside tables should be able to sit 8 people as we kept having to move the chairs to different areas at different times of the day. There was also a shortage of glasses for 8 people. We also went to the supermarket and bought food to have a BBQ but we didnt think to buy any charcoal, maybe it would be a nice touch to have some ready for the guests to use? A very small point was there were 8 people with wet costumes and towels everyday and also washing their clothes but there were only a few pegs for the washing line, i know it is only a small thing but again it is what people need. As i have said previously overall we had a great experience and would stay again, these are just a few suggestions/and points that we all feel would improve the vacation.

The outside of the villa was amazing because all around the house we have availability to find space regarding the petanque corner, the swimming pool with the pool house at the side of the house, all the external accomodations. The living was big as the kitchen. We appreciate the fact to have a bathroom for each bedroom. All along our stay we dislike the bed. When you go to holidays we need to sleep correctly and it wasn't the case. Like we said at the agency who rent the house. When we arrived the side of the glaces' fridge was not operational. In summer it s very important to have the possibility to refresh and have ice immediately. All along our stay we don't appeciate to smell the WC odor of the piping in the kitchen and in somes bedrooms The metal curtains was not easy to close every night because they needs oil to can be close correctly. The alarm of the kitchen was not ready and each day we have the chance to listen the siren' s song Regarding the commodities we appreciate to have more ping pong racket to have the opportunity to play in group.

Brilliant stay

Propriedade excelente. Bem localizado , excelente quinta muito espaço , o nosso cão de 4meses adorou . A piscina é fantástica , 4 suites muito boas , wcs modernos , sala espaçosa com uma TV gigante parecia uma sala de cinema . Muita diversão para os miúdos , matraquilhos, Ping pong , aparelhagem stereo na área da piscina , cozinha muito bem equipada e moderna. Defeitos: a limpeza , parecia que a casa não era utilizada a algum tempo e não foi feita uma limpeza profunda antes da nossa entrada . Trampolim não existe como descrito,. A prancha da piscina está rachada a qualquer momento poderá se partir . Cheiro da fossa muito intenso o que provocou mudança de quartos, não se conseguia dormir por causa do cheiro.

The villa was exactly like the pictures just a short 5 min drive to the shops.

We came here on a family holiday and thoroughly enjoyed it. The villa was very clean and well equipped. It is a perfect location if you want to be out of the hustle and bustle is it just a 5 minute drive from all the big shops and the zoo marine is a 5 minute walk. There was a couple Of issues but as soon as they were raised the villa owner came to help straight away. The bathrooms could be updated to bring them to the standard of the rest of the villa but this is only superficial and didnt bother us. Everything was perfect for our family thank you we will be returning in the future 😊😊

Schöne Villa

Das Haus ist sehr geräumig, wunderschön eingerichtet innen wie außen. Leider wurde es wohl vor unserer Anreise nicht mehr gereinigt. Entgegen der Absprache wurde keine "kleine Reinigung" mit auswechseln der Handtücher durchgeführt. Der Wunsch einer Filterkaffeemaschine wurde promt von OC Villas erfüllt. Alles in Allem kann man in und um die Villa wunderschön entspannt den Urlaub genießen. Wir werden wieder kommen.

Great villa

The villa was in superb condition and it had a touch of quality about it. The plot of land was very big and the drive and electric gates were impressive. The only small criticism is that the bathrooms needs updating but all in all, I would come again. You do need a car as uber/taxis for more then 4 people per car, can get expensive especially to Vilamoura/Vale do Lobo. Give yourselves an hour during rush hour to get there. Location for Zoo Marine and peri peri chicken is walkable athough there are no pavements.

We were there with a family of seven and although we have stayed in this area before in different properties this was by far the best in our opinion the grandchildren loved it the swimming pool was not heated but the weather was fantastic and we did not feel it was needed to be heated we would certainly think about booking again
