    The living and dining room offers a spacious and bright environment, perfect for relaxing and enjoying quality time together.



    With seven bedrooms and six bathrooms, the villa guarantees space and comfort for all guests, providing a comfortable and peaceful stay.



    The kitchen is fully equipped, allowing you to prepare meals with complete convenience and share them together.



    On the lower floor, Villa Prime offers a complete leisure area with a snooker table, table tennis and table football, ideal for entertainment among family and friends.



    On the outside, you can enjoy the heated swimming pool (additional cost) and a dining area with BBQ, perfect for relaxing moments under the Algarve sun.



    Located in a quiet area of Albufeira, Villa Prime is close to beaches, restaurants and local shops, making it the perfect retreat for a memorable holiday in the Algarve.



    The moving day for this property is on Saturday (however, there may be flexibility during low season).

    If your flights are already booked or if your dates are fixed and do not coincide with the property's usual moving day, we ask that you send us an information request before making a reservation, to confirm whether the dates can be accepted.



    This property is self-catered. For greater convenience, food hampers can be booked in advance (additional cost).



    Pool heating is always an added value for your holidays, especially when travelling with children. With pool heating activated, the water temperature will always be between 5°C and 8°C above what it would be without heating.



    Renting a car is not essential for your stay, given the property's location. Nevertheless, should you be interested, we would be delighted to help with the booking. We can also arrange transfers, should you require them.



    Group deposit: €200 per guest, with payment by credit or debit card to be made up to 2 weeks before arrival.



    Please note that the occupancy of this property is 14

    From the 13th to the 18th guest an additional charge will be levied which includes an extra bed

Highly recommended for large families!

What a spectacular villa! Villa Prime easily accommodated our large family with its 7 comfortable bedrooms. The house has a wonderful flow, from the bright living room to the incredible games zone downstairs with foosball and snooker. The outdoor pool area is magnificent and very relaxing, perfect for making lasting memories under the sun. The location is peaceful and safe, making it a great retreat after exploring the nearby Albufeira coast.

Brilliant family holiday home

We couldn't have asked for a better property for our family reunion. Villa Prime is huge, welcoming, and perfectly designed for big groups. The kitchen is fully loaded with modern appliances, and the living spaces are very comfortable. The outdoor dining setup next to the BBQ allowed us to enjoy beautiful warm evenings together while the kids played in the pool. It truly felt like a private oasis, yet local services and beaches were just minutes away.

Spacious modern retreat in Albufeira

Villa Prime exceeded all of our expectations. The villa is incredibly spacious, bright, and modern, offering everything you could possibly need for a self-catering holiday. The highlight for our group was the entertainment area on the lower floor the ping-pong and snooker tables kept everyone entertained on the quieter days. The outside pool area is very private and gets plenty of sunshine throughout the day. Communication with the team was also excellent.

Unforgettable stay and incredible amenities

We had a fantastic vacation at Villa Prime. The house is modern, cozy, and spotlessly clean. Having a fully equipped kitchen made preparing meals for a large number of people incredibly easy. We spent most of our evenings downstairs enjoying the games room, which has a great variety of activities like snooker and matraquilhos. The outdoor space is private and beautiful, making it the perfect place to soak up the Algarve sun. Highly recommended for families!

Villa Prime was absolutely perfect for our large group holiday in Albufeira. With 7 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms, everyone had plenty of space and privacy without ever feeling crowded. The bright open-plan living and dining area was ideal for gathering together. The lower floor was a massive hit with the kids and adults alike, thanks to the snooker, ping-pong, and foosball tables. Outside, the heated pool and barbecue area provided the ultimate setup for sunny afternoons. The neighborhood is very peaceful but still remarkably close to beaches and local shops.
